Cincinnati restaurateur Jeff Ruby is offering an additional $25,000 for information leading to the location of a missing Fairfield woman.
Katelyn Markham, who was 22 when she went missing, was last seen by her fiancee the night of August 13, 2011. When he didn't hear from her the next day, he reported her missing.
Ruby made the announcement at The Precinct Thursday afternoon.
There was already a $25,000 reward in place for any information. With the addition of Ruby's money, the reward is now $50,000.
Ruby has put up rewards for missing persons in the past. "Well money talks," he explained. "I put up about 10-12 rewards for murderers and only one of the victims was somebody I knew it was a dishwasher of mine. For $5,000, They found the guy the next day."
