Mother arrested for punching son

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville woman has been arrested after witnesses say she punched her 10-year-old son while taking anger management classes.

According to an arrest report, Misty Lawson hit the boy several times, leaving knuckle bruising on his face and side.

No bond was set and Lawson remains behind bars.
