Mother arrested for parking her car in a fire lane, leaving son inside

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WAVE) - A tow truck driver and a mother are arrested after she leaves her car parked in a fire lane with her son in the car and he tows it away.

Robyn Hardy found the car gone and called 911.

During their investigation, officers also arrested the tow truck driver, 28-year-old Jason Gosset, for criminal recklessness, saying he didn't check the car before it was towed.

The little boy was found in the floorboard of the car.
