(LOUISVILLE, March 5th, 2004, 6 p.m.) -- People visiting Louisville's adult night clubs this weekend can still see nude dancing after all.
In the latest round of legal wrangling, circuit Judge Stephen Ryan ruled the new law violates the dancers' rights of expression. The law prohibited nude dancing, forced the clubs to close at 1 a.m., and ordered patrons to stay six feet away from dancers.
On Thursday officers wrote 32 citations at adult businesses for not complying with the new rules.
Late Friday, county attorneys filed a motion to move the case to federal court. But before that we're told the state case must be resolved.
