A look at the David Camm case through the years

NEW ALBANY, IN (WAVE) - The case against David Camm has been long and complex. Here is a breakdown of how it has played out in the justice system.

Kim, Brad, and Jill Camm were murdered in their Georgetown, Indiana home in September 2000.

Police arrested David Camm in October 2000.

He was convicted of the murders in March 2002. However, the verdicts were overturned in August 2004.

Camm was retried and convicted in Warrick County in March 2006. In June 2009 that conviction was also reversed.

Wednesday the Indiana Supreme Court decided not to hear the case and let the appeals court's decision to remove Prosecutor Keith Henderson from the case stand.

A date has not been set for the third trial, which will be in Spencer County.
