Former senior care facility worker arrested

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A former senior care facility worker is behind bars accused of stealing from one of the residents.

Thursday afternoon, 42-year-old James Thompson was indicted for exploiting an adult and fraudulent use of a credit card. Police said Thompson persuaded an elderly woman to let him help her with her finances. Police also said Thompson also used the victim's debit card without her consent.
