Isaiah C. Washington (Source: LMDC)LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – An Old Louisville resident is charged with sexual abuse after police say he masturbated in front of a woman and her toddler.
Louisville Metro Police arrested 21-year-old Isaiah C. Washington Sunday afternoon.
According to his arrest report, Washington was seen loitering between homes on Garvin Place around 10:30 a.m. by a woman who was placing her child in a car. When the woman asked Washington if she could help him, he told her he was looking for the home of a friend.
The report states the woman told Washington to leave the area or she would call police. She stated that Washington appeared to leave, but moments later he was standing outside her car window masturbating in view of the mother and child.
The woman said Washington left, but returned 40 minutes later wearing different clothing. She recognized him and called Metro Police.
Washington is charged with first degree sexual abuse with a victim under the age of 12 and was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections. He was arraigned on Monday and is being held on a $5,000 full cash bond. His next court date was set for March 1.
