LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Susan Lukjan will have to wait a little longer to request a new trial.
She was supposed to appear in court Monday, but the judge pushed back the hearing to March.
Lukjan's arson and insurance fraud convictions in the case of the Campbell's Gourmet Cottage in St. Matthews were overturned in January of 2012.
She was granted shock probation. Now Lukjan is risking her freedom by trying to clear her name.
Attorney Thomas Clay tells WAVE 3 he plans to ask Judge Audra Eckerle to recuse herself because she displayed hostility toward Lukjan and himself.
