University of Kentucky crime alert canceled

LEXINGTON, KY (WAVE) – A crime alert issued for the University of Kentucky has now been canceled.

The crime alert was issued Monday night after a man reported being robbed near Commonwealth Stadium.

The man later told police he filed a false report.

It is unknown at this time if the man will face charges.
