JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) – The two people police said were owners of a prostitution business in southern Indiana went before a judge Tuesday.

WAVE 3 was there as Ivan DeLeon and Jeana Kaufman walked into a Clark County Courtroom.

For months undercover officers investigated "My Studio 1501" and it's owners.

Police said the business advertised as a light touch spa, but the spa was a front for prostitution.

DeLeon was arrested on Feb. 17. Kaufman turned herself in Feb. 20.

Both are charged with two counts of promoting prostitution.

They are due back in court March 21.
