Jeffersonville one step closer to hundreds of new jobs

JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) – Jeffersonville is getting one step closer to hundreds of new jobs.

Tuesday night, the drainage board approved the plan that was presented to them in regards to the property at the River Ridge Commerce Center.

Officials still won't confirm the company trying to move to Kentuckiana is Amazon.com.

The board is now waiting on an environmental study that will take a couple of weeks.
