LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The man accused of ordering his dog to attack metro police officers is facing new charges.
Officers were forced to shoot a dog belonging to Michael Miller.
He plead not guilty Tuesday to charges of DUI, fleeing and assaulting an officer.
Now Miller is facing another charge of assaulting an officer because investigators say while he was being treated at University Hospital he fought with a nurse and an officer.
Miller is being held on $10,000 bond.
