Procedures: BROWN GROUND BEEF AND CHILI SPICE #1 IN HEAVY BOTTOM STOCK POT.. ADD ONION BACON AND CHILI SPICE #2 AND COOK UNTIL BACON IS CRISP AND ONION IS SOFT OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5-8 MIN. ADD SHERRY, BOULLION AND WORCHESTERSHIRE AND BEER COOK FOR 5 MIN. ADD TOMATOES AND CHILI SPICE #3 COOK FOR 10-15 MINUTES TO INCORPORATE THE FLAVORS. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD CHEESE STIR LIGHTLY AND SERVE.
