LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The 14-month-old girl found in a Pekin, IN field after Friday's tornado has died.
Angel Babcock had been in critical condition until her death Sunday at Kosair Children's Hospital. A hospital spokesperson said the girl lost both of her parents, 21-year-old Joseph Babcock and 20-year-old Moriah Brough, her three-year-old brother, Jaydon L. Babcock, and her seven-week-old sister, Kendall J. Babcock in the storm.
Cis Gruebbel, chief nursing officer and vice president of Kosair Care Services at Kosair Children's Hospital would not disclose the types of injuries Angel suffered.
Angel Babcock was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Salem Friday night before she was airlifted to Kosair around 5:30 p.m.
