Grant helping to repair bridge

MARSHALL COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - Kentucky is getting a $9 million federal grant to help make repairs to the collapsed Eggner Ferry Bridge.

The money is coming from the Emergency Relief Program of the Federal Highway Administration.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the grant allows for state funds allocated for the repairs to be used for other projects.
