Critics mad about planned theme park

GRANT COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – A planned Noah's Ark theme park in Kentucky is getting heat from critics.

The Herald-Leader is reporting that the nonprofit group Americans United for Separation of Church and State are protesting the state's plan to spend $2 million on road improvements near the project.

The money was included in a proposed road budget.

The centerpiece of the theme park would be a giant wooden ark featured in the Bible's story of Noah.
