Changes made to Henryville volunteer locations

HENRYVILLE, IN (WAVE) – Changes have been made to donation and volunteer locations for those who continue to help recovery efforts in Henryville.

The Volunteer Reception Center has been moved from its initial location, in Jeffersonville, to a location in Henryville. The new center is located at the Henryville Community Church, on 115 Lake Street, and will operate from 7 am. until 4 p.m.

Volunteers who would like to register to help with the continuation of debris removal and/or make monetary donations can do so on the website metrounitedway.org.

Donated items should no longer be taken to the VRC. They should be dropped off at the River Ridge Complex at 700 Patrol Road, located off of Highway 62 in Clark County from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
