Happy Monday to you!

I hope everybody had a great holiday weekend and if you're taking the week off, those of us still at work are both jealous and hoping you're enjoying your vacation.  I hope, working or not, you'll join Dawne Gee and me for WAVE 3 News at 5!

Clark County kids are not off this week, and some of them arrived at school this morning to find a gaping hole in the building.  Police say a Southern Indiana corrections officer drove his car into the school early this morning.  WAVE 3's Maira Ansari is on the scene, talking with people at the school.

Plus, if you're like me, you're trying to drop a few pounds before summer gets here, and the motivation is sometimes hard to come by.  Would you bet on your weight loss goals if it meant earning cold, hard cash?  We'll tell you how to make that a reality.

For many of us, we're still paying for our education, even though we may be many years out of college.  WAVE 3's Lori Lyle is helping you stretch your dollar and deal with that college loan debt.

And, did you think we were done with the cold? Chief Meteorologist Kevin Harned says not so fast.  He'll keep us up to date on some freeze warnings now posted for parts of Kentuckiana.

We have lots going on today!  We'll see you at 5!
