LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville man is accused of robbing a bank in Schnitzelburg.
Police said Damon Gales handed employees of the Fifth Third Bank on Shelby Street a note that read, "I have a gun. Calmly empty your drawer. Count to 100 after I leave."
The robbery happened April 6.
Police arrested Gales on Sunday. He is charged with first-degree robbery.
