Happy Monday!!

We've made it through the first day of the work week, and for those of you still working on your taxes, I hope you're making good progress. Scott Reynolds is back with me tonight for WAVE 3 News at 11.

WAVE 3's Katie Bauer is working on a story out of southern Indiana about a public servant who police say abused the trust placed in him. She talked to the mother of a seven-year-old girl he's accused of molesting.

We're also hearing from the Louisville driver who police say was carjacked before the thief led them on a chase across several Kentucky counties.

Plus, squabbling Kentucky lawmakers are back at work for a $60,000 a day special session. WAVE 3's Connie Leonard takes a look at the disagreement and if they'll make any progress this week.

And, police in southern Kentucky say they've busted a "cereal thief" (and no, that's not a misspelling). You'll want to see the unusual details of this crime!

We'll see you after NBC's Smash at 11:00!
