Good afternoon!

I heard Manic Monday on my way into work today and it's living up to its name.  I hope you'll wrap up your Manic Monday by joining Dawne Gee and me for WAVE 3 News at 5!

We're on the scene of breaking news in Nelson County.  Two police cruisers were involved in a crash near New Haven.  We're gathering details about what happened and we'll bring you up to date at 5.

Plus, we're getting word today that the I-71 traffic headaches aren't over … in fact they could get worse.  WAVE 3's traffic reporter Chris McGill is checking in on the progress of the project so far and he'll let you know the plan for the upcoming weeks.

A Louisville family thought they had enough on their plate when their son was stabbed in the head, but when they explained their tragedy to one major company, instead of understanding, they ran into a wall.  WAVE 3 Troubleshooter Eric Flack is working to get results for them tonight on WAVE 3 News at 6!

And I'm hearing some warmer weather is coming our way but it could get stormy. WAVE 3 Chief Meteorologist Kevin Harned will take a look ahead to the rest of the work week.

We look forward to seeing you starting at 5 on WAVE 3.
