Hearing set for woman who killed two, broke probation

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A hearing has been scheduled for the woman who admitted to killing two people in a drunk driving wreck.

Rebecca Johnson took a plea deal in the 2006 DUI wreck that killed 20-year-old Justin Cantrell and 21-year-old Ben McIntosh.

As part of the deal, Johnson's 20 year prison sentence was amended down to five years probation, but she was arrested in January in Carroll County on public intoxication and possession charges.

Now prosecutors have killed a motion to revoke Johnson's bond.

Her hearing will be on Monday April 30.
