MARTINSVILLE, IN (WAVE) – Two Martinsville School employees have been arrested and charged with three counts of child seduction.

65-year-old Timothy Wolf and 38-year-old Jeffery McGown were taken into custody Wednesday.

Their arrests were the result of an investigation launched in February.

Wolf, a Martinsville High School teacher and basketball coach, was found partially naked in a car with a former student at Eagle Creek Park. He has since resigned.

In April, after sexually allegations were exposed against McGown, a second grade teacher and girl's high school tennis coach, he was placed on administrative leave.

WTHR-TV and WTHR-TV reported the age of consent in Indiana is 16, but charges were brought against the men by Special Prosecutor Doug Cummins because both men were in positions of authority.

Both cases involve the same 17-year-old girl.
