LEXINGTON, KY (WAVE) – A controversial billboard has been torn down and vandalized less than a week after it went up.
The billboard condemned homosexuality, abortion and included references to scripture.
A church in Georgetown, Kentucky paid almost $8,000 to put up the billboard.
The billboard was found at a Lexington lounge with pictures of devils on it. An employee originally said someone anonymously dropped it off.
The owners said the billboard found is actually a replica created as art.
