Man facing felonies after killing teen

SHELBYVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Acentral Indiana man is facing three felony counts in connection with the deadlyshooting of a teen playing paintball on his property.

A grand jury indicted41-year-old Jason Bagley, of Shelbyville, on two counts of criminal recklessnessand one count of obstruction of justice.

17-year-old BrandonSpangler died after being shot December 30.

Bagley said he allowed theSpangler's to play paintball on his property, but didn't know they were therewhen he thought he was shooting at coyotes.
