Belmont coverage; Suspected serial killer's letter from jail; Leg's owner speaks

The weekend is here!

It'll be a different weekend than we expected … with no possibility of a Triple Crown win, but I hope it's going well so far and I hope you'll join Scott Reynolds and me for WAVE 3 News at 11!

We've got the I'll Have Another story covered for you tonight from all angles.  WAVE 3 Sports Director Kent Taylor will bring us the latest from the Belmont up in New York, WAVE 3's Connie Leonard will cover your reaction here at home and then John Asher from Churchill Downs will be live in the studio to give us his thoughts on Riders Up.

You'll also hear about the letter that I got from suspected serial killer William Clyde Gibson, sent from his jail cell in New Albany.  I'll tell you about his offer to prosecutors.

And, should you have to pay extra for the water your use outdoors to keep up your lawn?  WAVE 3's Katie Bauer shows you how it's creating some heated moments in one Kentuckiana city.

Plus, last night, we brought you the story of the Florida fisherman who pulled in an artificial leg.  Tonight, we'll let you hear from the Kentucky native who lost it.

We'll see you after Dateline NBC for WAVE 3 News at 11!
