Infant death under investigation

MADISON, IN (WAVE) – Indiana State Police troopers investigatingthe death of an infant said on Wednesday they have not ruled out homicide inthe case.

According to an ISP news release, a 911 caller reported achild injured at an undisclosed location in Madison, IN on June 7. The child,one-month-old Christopher Coy, was rushed to Kings Daughters Hospital inMadison and then flown to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville where hedied on June 9.

ISP is calling this a death investigation but said homicide hasnot been ruled out as a possible cause of death.
