Chef Laurent's homemade Bourbon BBQ Sauce

  • 8 Fresh Tomato - Chopped
  • 1 Pineapple - Chopped
  • 2 Cups Red Onion - Diced
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Bourbon Soy
  • 1 Cup Makers 46
  • 1 Cup Herbs De Provence

In a hot pot add the tomatoes, pineapple, and red onion. Cook until tomatoes start to fall apart. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce temperature and simmer until reduced. Blend mixture in a blender until smooth. Continue to cook only if you need to reduce the sauce more.

Season with salt and pepper.
