- 3 pounds Skirt Steak – Cleaned
- 1 Can Diet Coke
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Cups Vegetable Oil
- ½ Cup Blackening Spice
- ½ Cup Cilantro – Chopped
Mix all the ingredients together and place in appropriate container.
