1 lb London Broil, thinly sliced against the grain
1 White Onion, chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
1/4 cup fresh Ginger, chopped
1 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped or sliced
3 cups chopped Broccoli (2 cups heads & 1 cup stems)
1 cup Carrots, cut in half circles
1/2 cup Cornstarch, mixed in cold water
Sautee the Beef with the Onions and Ginger until cooked to your liking.
Add all other ingredients except Cornstarch mixture. Sautee on lower temperature for 10 minutes.
