Heat death investigation, Crime solution with great results, Troubleshooter digs on day care

The heat is a big story for us tonight on WAVE 3 News.

WAVE 3's Maira Ansari shows you how incredibly hot it can get inside a vehicle within minutes on a day like this. We'll also bring you the latest from police on the death of an infant left in a car last night.

WAVE 3 Troubleshooter Eric Flack digs into more of the history of Heavenly Angels Day Care. The business closed after last weeks van crash that killed one, with two still in critical condition.

The fight to stop crime in West Louisville has led to meetings and political leaders forming a team, but it's a hands on solution that has made a huge difference in a neighboring city. We'll have a live report on how crime has been cut in half in one very dangerous location.
