deSha's Sautéed Chicken Parmesan
2 6-8 ounce chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups seasoned flour
2 tsp minced garlic
¼ cuup dry white wine
1 cup diced tomato
½ cup chicken stock
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp softened butter
Pound chicken breasts to approximately ¼ inch thickness.
Heat oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and shake off excess.
Cook in skillet to a golden brown color, about 3 minutes per side. Add garlic and tomatoes to pan and cook 30 seconds,
Add wine and reduce by half. Add stock and reduce by half. Add butter and gently stir to incorporate. Top with fresh basil and serve.
