AMBER Alert canceled after missing Indiana boy found safe

HAMMOND, IN (WAVE) - An AMBER Alert has been canceled for a missing 1-year-old from northern Indiana.

According to WTHR in Indianapolis, Jamari Strong has been found safe.

The Hammond Police Department said Strong was last seen at 2:45 Thursday afternoon at 4218 Calumet Avenue in Hammond, Indiana and was believed to be in extreme danger. They said the little boy was likely abducted by a black male and female, both in their mid 40s, with the first names of Renee and Darrell.
