Serve over ice cream, pound cake, angel food cake or cheesecake.
- 2 cups large diced (3/4-inch) peaches
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar OR 2 or 3 packets of artificial sweetener*
- ½ cup blueberries
Directions if Using Sugar:
- Heat peaches gently with sugar and lemon juice.
- Remove from heat and stir in blueberries.
- Serve warm.
