1 pint fresh Kentucky strawberries washed, stemmed and sliced
1 shot Woodford Reserve Bourbon
3T brown sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Melt butter in saute pan over high heat. Add strawberries and saute for 1 minute.
Remove pan from heat and add shot of bourbon and put pan back on burner.
Add brown sugar; lightly toss together
Place ice cream in 4 serving dishes and top with strawberry sauce
NOTE: When you add bourbon to pan and place back on burner it should create a flame in the pan. It is very important that you do not add bourbon while the pan is on the heat. If you are cooking on an electric grill it may not flame.
