Frozen Light- Lime Margarita
The average frozen margarita weighs in at over 400 calories. Here's good news: this one has just 122 calories per serving!
Prefer something sweeter? Make strawberry margaritas with 2 cups of frozen strawberries. Rim the glasses with sugar instead of salt.
Orange slices (optional)
DIRECTIONS: In a blender container combine limeade concentrate, tequila, and orange juice. Cover and blend until combined. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid, blending until mixture becomes slushy.
Cut a thick lime slice; cut slice in half. Rub slices around rims of eight glasses. Dip rims into a dish of coarse salt to coat rims.
Pour mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish glasses with orange slices, if desired.
For Strawberry Margaritas: Prepare as above, except blend half of the mixture at a time adding 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries along with 2 cups of the ice cubes. Repeat with remaining mixture, 1 cup additional frozen strawberries, and remaining 2 cups ice cubes. Continue as directed, substituting coarse sugar for the salt on the glasses. If desired, garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.
Make-ahead directions: Prepare as above through Step 1. Pour into a 1-1/2-quart freezer container. Cover and freeze overnight. To serve, use a large spoon to scrape across frozen surface and pile into salt-rimmed glasses.

I'm doing a class called "No Weigh: Skinny Meals for Swimsuit Season" and I've been researching lightened up versions of recipes- including cocktails. The Pina Colada is famous pool-side sipper and yet it does no favors to your physique! The average Pina Colada has 640 oh-so delicious calories. Toss back a few of those and you'll find yourself shopping for a new (larger!) swimsuit! Try this slimmed down version of the Pina Colada. At just 165 calories, I think you'll say "No Weigh"!
1 1/2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces sparkling water
1 tablespoon of Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut (Lite)
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Pour ingredients over ice and stir.

The average Mai Tai has well over 300 calories. Here's reason to celebrate: this one has just 205! The secret? Use almond extract in place of the classic almond liqueur, crème d'amande.
8 ounces orange juice
6 ounces white rum
4 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces light plum juice
2 ounces triple sec
1 teaspoon almond extract
Fill a large pitcher with ice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide evenly among 4 glasses. Finish with fruit and an umbrella if desired.
