Hello, Monday!

Am I the only one who spent a good part of the weekend watching the Olympics??? Even when I meant to be doing something else, I kept getting drawn in!   Right now the U.S. men are on court in volleyball and we still have track & field and equestrian this afternoon, leading us up to WAVE 3 News at 5.  Make sure to join Dawne Gee and me then.

JCPS hasn't started back to school yet, but one of its teachers could be in trouble.  We're learning today that the driver arrested after a fatal crash is a longtime teacher.  WAVE 3's Maira Ansari is looking at what this could mean for his career.

A lot of kids in our area head back to school this week, which means time is running out for parents to fill those back-to-school lists and start planning lunch menus.  WAVE 3's Lori Lyle is Stretching Your Dollar to make sure your kids are full and so are your wallets!

Plus, an eye-opening investigation from WAVE 3'S John Boel.  He says in some places you can buy a crack pipe just as easily as you can buy milk or a candy bar.  He'll show you what's really going on in some of the most violent neighborhoods.

We'll see you starting at 5!
