Tortellini Alla Panna (Cheese tortellini with cream sauce)
Ingredients: 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup green peas 1/2 cup artichoke hearts 1/4 cup parmigian cheese 4 cups cooked cheese tortellini salt, pepper to taste
Directions: 1. Pour heavy cream into hot skillet, simmer for couple of minutes. 2. Add green peas and artichoke hearts, salt and pepper, and simmer for another 2 minutes. 3. Add tortellini, stir, then add parmigian cheese, give it another minute to let all the flavors blend together. 4. Serve immediately.
