LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - TARC is reminding the public that service changes and reductions to the routes below that went into effect Sunday, August 12. Five routes will be eliminated and 14 others will change.

The changes were adopted in order to help close a projected $4.6 million budget deficit. Due to some positive financial developments over the past few months, the cuts were only half of what were originally proposed in April.
