(LOUISVILLE, KY) He was a star at U of L when Bellarmine Head Coach, Scott Davenport was an assistant for the Cards, now, Reece Gaines is reuniting with his former coach.

Davenport confirmed to Wave 3 that he is hiring Gains as an assistant on his staff once he passes the university's screening process. Gaines is the fourth all-time leading scorer in U of L history, and was the 14th overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft.
