Gluten Free Pasta with Meatballs
Prepare the meatballs:
1 1/2 pounds of ground chuck, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, one egg white.
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon of dry.
1/2 of soy milk or any type of lactose free milk
Now, this is where it is important to use gluten free bread crumbs.
You can buy frozen gluten free bread and using your food processor make enough
to make 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs.
Work the meatball mixture with your hands.  Keep your hands wet while rolling the meat into about
2 inch meatballs.  Place meatballs on a large plate while you finish.  This should yield about 18 - 20 meatballs.
Very simple tomato sauce:
Put ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil in a large sauce pan on medium heat. 
Stir in a ½ cup chopped onions and cook for 3 minutes. 
Add 3 cloves minced garlic and cook for only 2 or 3 minutes and be careful not to burn the garlic
Add 2 teaspoons of Kosher salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper and simmer for another 2 or 3 minutes.
then add 2 (32oz) cans of whole tomatoes crushed with your hands.  Or fresh tomatoes that are equal to  the same amount.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Add 1 teaspoon of dry Basil or at this time of the year use about 8-10 fresh Basil leaves.
Now add 2 cans of (15oz) tomato sauce and 2 (6oz ) cans of tomato paste.  Rinse out the cans to get the most of the sauce. Add two cups of the sauce juice and water combined.  Simmer on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes for Marinara sauce only or
45 minutes to an hour after adding the uncooked meatballs.
Add the meatballs very carefully to the sauce uncooked for 45 minutes to an hour.

While you are preparing the meatballs and sauce make sure to cook any type of gluten free pasta readily available at larger supermarkets.
The selection is amazing and some of them look and taste just about as good as any regular pasta.

Ingredients:
One highball glass.
1 oz of Khalua
1 oz Irish cream
1 oz creme de cocao
3 oz real chocolate milk
chocolate syrup enough to cover bottom of glass.
ice cubes.
Pour the chocolate syrup to cover the bottom of the glass.
add a few ice cubes.
add the rest of the ingredients
and add the milk last stir a bit and enjoy!!
