Lynyrd Skynyrd joins us via satellite

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Lynyrd Skynyrd, one of the most recognizable names in rock music joined us via satellite Saturday to talk about their new album "Last of a Dyin' Breed".

The band set to release their fifteenth studio album talked to us about everything from their last record to touring and family life. The Rock n' Roll hall-of-famers have now started touring in North America and Europe and hope to spread what they describe as their legacy 35 years in the making.

Last of a Dyin' Breed is the band's first studio album since the release of God and Guns which debuted at number 18 on the Billboard top 20, the bands highest debut since 1977.

Lynyrd Skynyrd, who have sold more than 30 million records worldwide are cultural icons who appeal to members of all generations.
