Sheriff: Texas runaway, 13, driving to Kentucky

HODGENVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A runaway Texas teenager is headed to Hodgenville, KY, according to authorities who are asking for the public's help in finding the 13-year-old girl who left in a car to meet a LaRue County boy she met online.

Elizabeth Annette Robinson, 13, was last seen Wednesday night at her home in Cypress, TX.

A press release from the Missing Persons Unit of the Harris County (Texas) Sheriff's Office says Robinson is driving a four-door, brown, 2011 Nissan Versa with Texas license plate number DB2-B924.  A woman who answered the phone at the sheriff's office said the girl does not have much money for gas and was last known to be in the vicinity of Memphis, TN.

Robinson was wearing a white baseball cap with an orange Texas Longhorn logo on it when she disappeared. She is 5'3" tall, weighs 190 lbs., has blonde hair and a fair complexion.
