Water service back to normal in Okolona

OKOLONA, KY (WAVE) – Water service is back to normal after a water main break in Okolona.

The main broke around midnight on Wednesday at Fern Valley Road near Jefferson Boulevard.

Crews worked throughout the early morning hours to get the water stopped.

They eventually got the main break under control and were able to open one lane of traffic for the morning rush.

The Louisville Water Company confirmed all customers should have service again.
