Members of the Romeo and Juliet cast join us on set

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Romeo and Juliet, one of the most recognizable plays by William Shakespeare is  going to be this year's season opener for the Louisville Actors Theatre.

Re-done to fit a more fast-paced and contemporary crowd  this energetic retelling this epic love story features a stellar team of talent and designers.

As well as simply going to see the play itself you can also have cocktails with the cast which will take place after the 8 p.m. performance on September 13 or you can have a conversation with the artists following the 2:30 p.m. performance on September 16.
