We're following several breaking stories tonight…

There's a lot to fill you in on when you join Scott Reynolds and me for WAVE 3 News at 11!

We're still getting more on this story, but it sounds like people who live near Juniper Beach in Louisville had to pull a man out of the Ohio River tonight and do CPR on him.  We'll let you know how he ended up there and how he's doing tonight.

Plus, Metro police are on the scene of a breaking news story not far from Churchill Downs.  That's where a man has been shot and police are combing the area looking for the shooters.

We've also just learned of an arrest in the story that WAVE 3's Katie Bauer brought you last night where a 77-year-old man was attacked and tied up in his Louisville home.  Find out what police say the suspect did to mess up and get arrested.

Also, two men in Nelson County may have made a big mistake when police in Bardstown say they broke into a home that wasn't too far from the city's police chief.  It turns out that's not the only crime that investigators think they're a part of.

We'll see you after Parenthood on NBC at 11:00!
