Gluten Free Dairy Free Blueberry & Peach Cobbler
 
                                           2 cups frozen blueberries
                                           2 tablespoons corn starch
                                         1/2 cup sugar
                                           1 tablespoon lemon
                                           mix up & lay out in pan
 
                                         Topping
 
                                    1 1/2 cups cookie mix
                                    1/4 cup soy butter
                                    1/4 cup organic sugar
                                    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
                                    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 
Mix together ingredients until an even crumble forms. layer over fruit mixture.
 
Heat oven to 400 bake 20-25 minutes
