Two arrested, two children removed in Monroe prostitution sting
LEMON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
Monroe Police arrested two women in a prostitution sting on Friday. The women, Alicia Cope, 26, and Jamie Waybright, 22, were both charged with soliciting, a third-degree misdemeanor.
Police say they received information that a prostitution sting was running out of a house in Lemon Township. After arraigning to meet at the house, an undercover officer went into the residence and an agreement was made, sex for money.
Butler County Child Services were also called because two young children were present in the home at the time.
