LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville police officer will have to face a judge after being accused of harassing a suspect and slashing another man's tires.

Officer David Graham was charged with harassment and official misconduct in March.

Graham is accused of slapping a handcuffed man in the face and poking him several times in the throat while the man sat on the hood of a police cruiser.

The officer is also charged with criminal mischief in a 2008 case. Court documents said he admitted to slicing a man's tire in a church parking lot during a police investigation at 4th and Magnolia.

He has been with the force for 13 years and is being investigated by the public integrity unit.
