John "Hot Boy" Jones
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A judge
must make a ruling whether a man who was acquitted of attempted murder may be
released from jail.
Thursday, John "Hot Boy"
Jones had a shock probation hearing.
Jones was sentenced to 10
years in prison for witness tampering in a December 2010 shooting at Jamestown Apartments in St. Matthews where a woman was shot in the face.
A judge heard the arguments
presented at the hearing and will make a decision in the case in the case
within the next 10 days.
